The suite at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan was just perfect! The separate bedroom and living-dining area with their own TVs made it feel so spacious and cozy. Plus, the kitchenette had all the essentials for a quick meal.

The air conditioning was a bit too chilly for my liking.

It was a perfect and newly renovated hotel in a very enjoyable area, near the beach and shops and airport. We were offered varied and extensive breakfast options with juice and various drinks, as for instance.

The location was wonderful, not too far from a sandy beach. My room was brand-new and impressive, had an excellent bathroom.

The location was great for me, very close to a supermarket. It's right by Isla Verde beach, the airport, and the lovely gardens inside. The room was spacious for a girls' weekend and the staff was friendly. Everything was wonderful.

Fairly clean accommodation, amazingly nice and accommodating staff from the valet and bell staff to the maids. Spotless, new-fashioned room provided with laundry and table and chairs, for example.

It was a really nice trip, I will be back. I enjoyed this stunningly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable place. The room was available with a bedroom and couch. The service was superb, including a friendly check-in at 4 pm. They offered evening reception, wake up calls, and ironing for free too. Excellent dishes were served at the casual restaurant.

It would be nice if the room had a smart TV and offered two twin beds 👍. A little update like that could make a big difference in comfort and enjoyment.

- every evening there was continuous noise in the hotel looby until 4am which spread easily throughout the building. It was impossible to sleep. Even when I complained to the front desk, no one cared at all for the fact that when we pay a hotel would like (deserve) to sleep undisturbed - We arrive by 5am due to a flight delay and we had to wait 20 minutes in the lobby waiting for nothing - Poor cleaning service

The breakfast here was delicious, they had fresh juice and you could order custom-made omelettes, plus the restaurant had a great ambiance.

Great spot just a short hop from Pine Grove Surfing Beach! The spacious room was a real treat, and the fact that it had a microwave and coffeemaker 👌 just made it even better.
